It all started when…

Well… that is a funny story actually! (One probably best left for our coffee date). If you had asked me 12 years ago what I would be doing with my life, being a professional wedding photographer would not have been on that list. I have been so lucky and fortunate to have had so many amazing opportunities and then falling into a job that is so much fun just takes the cake! I have had so many jobs that have ranged from snake breeder (yes! I just said snake breeder), to children’s clothing designer. Being a wedding photographer is my absolute favorite!

I am originally from New Zealand and love to travel. I moved to the USA 20 years ago and have been a professional full-time wedding photographer since 2012. I have two spunky teenagers who enjoy coming on shoots with me, so you may meet them! We own a cute little hobby farm in Sisters, OR and we love all the adventures that come with living here. The scenery is AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE to travel and have had the pleasure of photographing couples in nearly every state and several different countries. My style can be described as romantic, modern. My unique mix of romantic styled poses and candid documentary style captures your day in the best possible way. Weddings are about marrying your soul mate, the one you are going to spend the rest of your life with, and I love to document that in my photographs. Photographing weddings is an experience unlike any other that brings out my creativity and passion. I love to capture special moments with true emotion and translate them into art. These are the moments you and your grandchildren will treasure forever.

My work has been published in local and national publications such as Bend Magazine, Wedventure, Shutter Magazine, Beauty & Lifestyle Bride, The Wedding Mag, The Knot, Midwest Bride, Veils and Vows and Wedding Day Magazine. I was also awarded a 2020 & 2021 The Knot “Best of Weddings” Award, a 2018 Couples Choice Award from Wedding Wire and a Vision Award from the Shutterfest Image Competition.
